Running is like life, it’s all about balancing the good and bad. There are great things and there are things I can do without in running. In this week’s podcast, I talk about a few of each. Of course for me, the balance is far more on the plus side, as I love running, but I cannot ignore that there are things I wish would go away.

I also review a book I think would be of help to my listeners. “You Are A Badass” by Jen Sincero is not a running book, but it’s a helpful book for life.
