We runners are used to pain. But there’s a HUGE difference between the pain we feel during a run or race and the pain that comes from an injury or disease or a condition. My guest this week Fran Garton found out what real pain is after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She talks about how she strived to work through that pain to find answers instead of settling for medication. And today, she coaches people to find their own way beyond suffering.
